The staff was superbly friendly and our experience was really really nice overall. The service was perfect, totally satisfied. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Pleasant and wonderful hotel in a very quiet area just off the railway station and the vaporetto stop 'Ferrovia' and Venice main canal. Great location for our trip.
Very close to Jewish Museum of Venice and other tourist attractions.

The location was fantastic, close to a scenic canal and within walking distance to popular tourist spots, as well as the Train Station & Bus Terminal.

The localization is excelent! It´s very near to the train station. The bathroom is big, new and clean. I loved it. And the coffee break is a spectacular moment, nearby the Grand Canal.
It could have been better if my room faces the Grand Canal!!! I would like to have more fruits for coffee break and there is no frigobar inside the room.

Extremely convenient and good standard hotel with particularly helpful staff at the Check-out. The location was fantastic and stunning and the train station was walk from the property. Bella Venezia, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

The location is excellent. We stayed at room facing the Grand Canel with balcony with priceless view. Breakfast on the balcony on a sunny morning is fantastic.
The only thing wr could complain about is the shower.
